I went from working 12 hour + days, falling asleep at every opportunity, feeling broken, stressed and unfulfilled to being whole and free.
For so long I believed that life happens to me, until I learned that I get what I ask for.
My life has never been the same since I decided to love myself first. Everything else falls into place with a strong foundation built to sustain the stormy weather.
I cannot sit here and tell you anything about creating the future you desire and not tell you how falling in love with myself, saved my life!
I thought change was from the outside in, but it's from the inside out... I love myself regardless of all the mistakes I've made and heartaches I've caused.
